Frequently asked questions
Open the question you’re interested in. If you can’t find the answer, write to us — we’re here to help.
Where is my data stored?
Items are stored on your device and, when syncing is enabled, in your personal iCloud account through Apple CloudKit. We don’t use proprietary servers and can’t read your lists.
How do I sync lists across devices?
Turn on iCloud with the same Apple ID on your devices. With “Sync with iCloud” enabled in the app’s Settings, lists update automatically.
Can I turn iCloud syncing off?
Yes. Open Settings in the app, turn off “Sync with iCloud,” then close and reopen the app. Lists will stay locally on the iPhone and sharing will be unavailable.
How do I share a list with someone else?
Open the list and use iCloud sharing. The invited person accepts the link and can add, delete, and check off items with you, without creating another account.
Does the app require an account?
No. Non ti scordar di me doesn’t create proprietary accounts. iCloud is only required for syncing and sharing.
Does the app show ads?
Yes. Version 1.0 displays one unobtrusive banner on the Lists screen. There are no ads inside a list and no full-screen interruptions. Advertising privacy choices are available in Settings.
I don’t see updates on a shared list
Check your connection, make sure iCloud is enabled, and confirm the invitation was accepted on both devices. If the issue continues, tell us your iPhone model and iOS version.
How do I delete my data?
Use the actions button (…) on a list card to delete the list and all its items. Synced data can also be managed from your device’s iCloud settings.
