Privacy in NonTiScordarDiMe

This notice describes how NonTiScordarDiMe for iOS handles information. The app's owner is Pierantonio Bonato, reachable at info@bonato.it.

In short

NonTiScordarDiMe doesn't require an account and doesn't use its own servers: the items on your list are stored in your personal iCloud through Apple CloudKit and synced automatically across your devices. The app's owner has no access to the content of your lists.

Information handled by the app

NonTiScordarDiMe lets you enter the text of your shopping list items. This information:

• is stored in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit;
• is never sent to a NonTiScordarDiMe backend;
• is never read or used to select advertising;
• is never sold or shared by the owner with third parties.

Sync and list sharing

Your list data is synced across your devices through iCloud (Apple CloudKit), under the terms of your Apple account. If you choose to share a list with someone else, sharing happens through Apple's iCloud sharing feature (CKShare): the person who accepts the invite accesses the shared list through their own iCloud account, and the app's owner never receives or sees the content.

Smart suggestions

To suggest items to add to your list, the app keeps a local log of what you mark as bought, together with a curated list of common "frequently bought together" items built into the app itself. This log stays only on your iPhone: it's never shared, not even with anyone on your lists, and never leaves the device. You can turn it off at any time from Settings → "Remember what you usually buy".

Analytics, ads, and tracking

The app displays one advertising banner on the main screen through Google AdMob. Before requesting ads, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present the privacy choices required in your region. When required, those choices can be reopened from Settings.

Google Mobile Ads may process the IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising and interaction data, performance information, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on the choices made in the privacy message and your device settings. Shopping-list text and content are never sent to Google or used to personalize ads. The app also uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated usage data, such as app opens, list creation, item additions, app language, and basic device and app-version information. This data helps us understand feature usage and improve the product and monetization. List names, item names, and content stored in iCloud are never sent to Firebase Analytics.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays on the device and, when syncing is enabled, in your iCloud until you delete lists in the app or remove the data from iCloud settings. Uninstalling the app alone may not remove data already synced to iCloud. The app's owner does not keep copies of your data.

Children

NonTiScordarDiMe is a general-purpose tool for organizing a shopping list and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not create accounts and does not receive information directly from users.

Your rights and control over your data

Since the owner never receives or retains the content of your lists, access, correction, export, and deletion all happen directly on your device or through your iCloud account settings. Changes

This notice will be updated before introducing other features that change how data is handled. The date at the top reflects the version currently in effect.
